Virtualassist offers more than just administrative skills. We have a pool of skills between us including IT, training, educational, facilitation, online learning, website creation, development and management, database management and, above all, the ability to adapt to the special needs of your particular business.

Between us we have many years of experience in education, IT and administration, both in the corporate and NGO world. We have designed online learning programmes aimed at teaching administrative and computer skills to adults from disadvantaged backgrounds.

We are strongly commited to open source software and installed and managed an Ubuntu Linux server for an NGO for many years. This server had 40 thin clients in the Training Laboratory, 15 thin clients in the Resource Laboratory and Windows clients used by the Administrative department. We have written many training manuals aligned to South African Qualification Association Unit Standards and contributed training material to several projects.

Recently we have become involved with developing training material for cognitive skills development.

We have a SAQA accredited Assessor and Moderator registered with ISETT and ServicesSETA.
